PRIVACY NOTICE

  1. Data controller

    This notice is provided by Cervoi (“Cervoi”, “we”) under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) for people who contact us through cervoi.com and cervoi.com.tr.

  2. Data we process

    The name, company, email address, phone number (optional), topic and message you send through the contact form or by email, and the CV and attachments you send with job applications.

  3. Purposes and legal bases

    To respond to your request, hold pilot and partnership discussions and assess job applications, on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest), and your explicit consent where required.

  4. Sharing

    We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. It is held only on the systems of our hosting and email service providers, to the extent the service requires.

  5. Retention

    Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends and job applications for up to 1 year; after that they are deleted or anonymised.

  6. This website

    This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools and loads no third-party content. To prevent abuse of the form, your IP and email address are kept for no more than 24 hours, and only in irreversibly hashed form.

  7. Your rights

    Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, and object. Send your request to info@cervoi.com.
