Nabız
Clear situations instead of alarm floods.
- Related alarm groups and likely root cause
- Early warning from alarm trends
- Alarm load against EEMUA 191

The plant's digital engineer: an AI layer that only reads DCS and SCADA data and runs offline.
Setup and security
We review the control system, alarm load and documents together.
Installed on an on-site server, read-only to the DCS; no shutdown needed.
Past alarms and plant documents are processed.
Results are measured in fault resolution time and unplanned downtime.
Frequently asked questions
Meridyen is Cervoi’s predictive maintenance (PdM) and fault management application for process plants. It analyses DCS and SCADA alarms (Nabız), answers from the plant’s own documents with sources (Chatbot) and produces optimization suggestions for PID loops (Verim).
No. Meridyen runs offline on a server inside the plant (edge). Remote access is off by default and opens only with your approval, and every session is logged.
No. It only reads DCS and SCADA data. No suggestion, including PID tuning suggestions, is applied automatically; the engineer has the final say.
The Nabız module groups related alarms into a single situation, shows the likely root cause, gives early warning from alarm trends and assesses alarm load against EEMUA 191.
Process data, documents and fault logs stay on your plant’s server. They are not sent to Cervoi or third parties and are never used to train models for another customer. The network layout follows IEC 62443 zones and conduits.
No. Meridyen is installed on an on-site server and connects read-only to the DCS; commissioning requires no shutdown.
